At Alyra Luxe, we take utmost care to deliver high-quality and safely packaged products. However, in rare cases where the product reaches you damaged or defective, we offer a simple and transparent Replacement Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must record a complete unboxing video while opening your parcel.

The video must clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening and the uncut process of opening it.

The video should not be edited or paused.

You must send the unboxing video to our official support within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Once we receive the video, our team will examine it carefully.

If the video is found to be genuine and meets our criteria, we will send you a replacement product within 5–6 working days.
Important Notes:

Replacement will be processed only for damaged or broken items reported within the 2-day window.

No replacement will be accepted without an unboxing video.
-
Color or design variation due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered as damage.

In case the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or issue a store credit at our discretion.
2. Refund Policy
Since our products are customized and made to order, we do not provide refunds except in specific cases mentioned below.
Refunds are applicable only if:

The customer cancels the order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, your order goes into the production process, and no cancellation or refund can be made.
Refund Deductions:

A 10% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway and processing charges.

The remaining 90% of the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:

The refund amount will be processed within 2 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products once made cannot be returned or refunded (unless damaged during delivery).

Orders cancelled after 2 hours of confirmation are non-refundable.

Orders without an unboxing video or reported after 2 days of delivery are not eligible for replacement.
