At Alyra Luxe, we aim to deliver your personalized gifts to your doorstep safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Is Shipping Free?
Yes, shipping is free across India on all prepaid orders.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services — all orders must be prepaid at checkout.
2. Why Is My Order Shipped in Different Packages?
If you have placed a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse depending on:

Availability of products at the nearest warehouse, or

Which shipping partner can deliver the product fastest.
In some cases, popular or back-ordered items might be shipped separately to ensure you receive part of your order as soon as possible, without waiting for all items to be ready.
3. When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses.
Our team and delivery partners strive to get your products delivered quickly and safely.

Outside India (if applicable): 7–12 business days
(subject to customs clearance and international logistics)
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and can vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to high order volumes.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 working days after placing your order, please contact us at

5. What Happens if My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in Transit?
All Alyra Luxe orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling.
If your parcel:

Gets stuck at customs,

Is returned to sender, or

Is lost during transit,
we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While postal or courier delays are beyond our control, we will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
In such cases, once the situation is verified, we will:

Resend a new package with full tracking, or
-
Offer a suitable resolution in accordance with our Replacement & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations only within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, your order moves into processing and production, and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Once production begins, no refunds or changes can be made to the order.
For cancellation requests within 2 hours, please email us immediately at

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
